I recently sold a lot of gear (32kg worth of it in fact) and I was a nice boy and I didn't spend it all on new cameras or lenses. However when Alex Yates decided to sell his LTM mount 21mm f/4 lens (with finder) for a good price I couldn't resist and had to buy it. When right around the same time Hamish Gill showed off his Leica Standard I thought about getting one of those for this lens. I was a bit surprised when I saw the price these cameras command! When I complained about it on Twitter I was surprised and delighted when Hamish offered to send me his Voigtländer Bessa L free of charge. How could I say not to that?!? And then I realised that I still had a Jupiter-8 lying around that Dominik Mrzyk sold me a while ago. As the Bessa L doesn't have a finder I had to get one for that lens as well. As I always wanted to try the weird and awesome Voigtländer Kontur finder I got one of those, too. After all they're quite cheap here in Germany.
Now I have a new camera system all for the price of one lens! I'm currently shooting the first roll (expired Delta 100 @ 400) and I'm surprised how easy it is too shoot 21mm. At least compared to my issues with 35mm and 28mm focal lengths.
